Optimization of Corporate Footprint in APAC region
HB Fuller, a US based chemical producer, asked ICA’s support in optimizing and rationalizing its APAC Corporate footprint. The project objectives aimed to save substantially on their operating costs as well as streamline and synchronize their sourcing strategies across the APC region. ICA coordinated and managed the extensive data collection process in order to develop a supply chain and logistics model. The network optimization models (current and future state) also included location competitiveness assessments and customs and duties risk assessments. The analyses and recommendation were delivered to the board and implemented.
