Richard Greene has consulted with corporations and economic development agencies for 20 years and is known for creative and innovative solutions. As a senior manager with Ernst & Young, he defined expansion strategy and workforce assessments for companies entering new markets in the Americas, Asia and Europe. For companies seeking to reduce operational costs, his work has brought additional value in re‐engineering and consolidation. For communities reinventing themselves in the face of economic change, he has demonstrated how industry needs can be met through workforce capabilities, real estate strategies and regional competitive advantages.

Mr. Greene has worked in numerous industries including airlines, financial services, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, semiconductors, telecommunications and white goods and with a variety of corporate activities including call centers, data centers, distribution centers, headquarters, manufacturing plants and shared service centers. In the renewable industry, Mr. Greene led teams siting new facilities and secured funding for the development of new products and projects. Advising on economic and workforce development, business attraction and market positioning, he has consulted with governments worldwide.

He has a B.A. from the University of Washington in Seattle.
