• 15 years experience in real estate consulting including location and site selection consultancy and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) advisory
• Raja holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce. He is also a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

• Assisted several financial services & information technology firms in their front and back office transactions in India. Detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis formed part of the strategy
• Performed several multi-criteria analysis to benchmarking and rank locations and sites
• Raja prepared and organized site visits with chambers of commerce, HR consultants, real estate agents, tax & legal, incentive and accounting experts.
• Thorough understanding of real estate issues during corporate relocation or expansion projects
• Develop methodologies for assisting companies in their inbound and outbound investment strategies
• He has worked in all major markets in India and has been involved in some of the largest transactions with financial services firms in Mumbai.

• Raja has advised Fortune 500 firms and large Indian corporates on their real estate strategy in India. In addition, Raja is a specialist with Financial Services firms and pioneered Agency Leasing business in India.
• Some of his recent corporate engagements include: Ernst & Young, Aditya Birla Group, Arcelor Mittal, BNP Paribas, Standard & Poor and SSOE. He’s been able to achieve average savings of 15 – 20 % while maintaining quality levels.
