• Graham is a Senior Associate with ICA representing the South East Asia Regions and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• 30 years of international MNC experience across finance, commercial, manufacturing & retail.
• Previous experience includes senior management positions in Australia, Asia, USA, and Europe.
• Graham's expertise includes finance transformation, shared services and BPO, large scale M&A integration, leading business change & leveraging synergies. He has extensive knowledge and application of MNC FDI investment processes.

• Senior leadership expertise at global MNC level
• Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas industry
• Deep experience in FDI planning and investment processes with MNC's.
• Led major Finance Transformation projects.
• Direct experience in global shared services and BPO strategies.
• Direct experience in pre planning, set-up and implementation of a global shared services centre in Asia.
• Strong understanding of MNC processes, culture and decision making processes with respect to FDI
• International experience through postings in Australia, Hong Kong, USA, Germany, UK, China, Malaysia.
• Graham is a Fellow member of CPA Australia.

• Senior leadership positions at BP included being CFO global refining managing a capital employed of US$10 bn, Corporate CFO Asia based in China, Head of Business Services Asia based in Malaysia.
• Large scale M&A experience in BP/ARCO acquisition in North America and BP/Veba acquisition in Europe.
• Graham has directly led the location selection, set-up, and value delivery of global shared services and BPO centrsr in Asia.
