- Matthijs performed site selection projects for headquarter activities, shared service centers, production facilities and sales offices.

- Besides corporate clients, Matthijs advised a number of national and regional governments and area developers in their acquisition strategies. Recent examples are: NFIA Netherlands, Tecom UAE, Bahrain Logistics Business Center and Aktau, Kazakhstan and the EC.
